Winding Hills

Winding Hills is a Planned Residential Development located in Mechanicsburg, PA. Winding Hills offers various home types and recreational amenities. The Green Community was designed to preserve the beautiful landscape and create a livable community. The initial development of Winding Hills required coordination with PennDOT and state government agencies concerning the limited access of S.R. 15.

Walden

Walden, a Charter Homes Neighborhood, is situated in Silver Spring Township, Cumberland County. Walden features "Live-Work" units located in the Village Center. Walden spans three unique watersheds, which lead to four detention basins blended into the village layout.

Veranda

Veranda, a Charter Homes Neighborhood, is located in the Lancaster area. Veranda features trails, community greens, and stunning water features. The initial steps of Veranda becoming a reality, involved the obtaining of a zoning amendment, which was crucial in the development moving forward.

Sterling Parkway

Sterling Parkway, located on the former Phico property in Silver Spring Township, involved extensive coordination with PennDOT concerning the Highway Occupancy Permit in relation to the Carlisle Pike (S.R. 0011)and Hogestown Road (S.R. 114). Approvals include Conditional Use and the Rezoning from Residential to Commercial. The project includes 220,000 square feet of office space, and also proposes retail stores, banks, and restaurants.
