Penn Place
As the civil engineer and site design team for 98 Penn Place in East Pennsboro, PA, Alpha was responsible for shaping the framework of one of the largest multifamily communities in the developer’s portfolio. The project covers nearly 37 acres and accommodates 432 units across 9 residential buildings, supported by a full suite of lifestyle amenities, including a clubhouse and pool.
With almost 12 acres of constructed space, the development required disciplined planning and detailed coordination to ensure the site could function efficiently at high density. Our work encompassed grading and stormwater design, roadway and parking layout, utility infrastructure routing, and site circulation. Throughout the process, we focused on constructability, long-term performance, and seamless integration between site systems and vertical construction. Every component—from utility phasing to building pad preparation—was engineered to deliver a durable, well-organized, and future-ready community.
