Penn West
Penn West is a 174-unit townhome development on 42 acres in East Pennsboro Township. As the civil engineer and site design team member, Alpha was responsible for full land development, including site grading, utility infrastructure design, stormwater management facilities, roadway and circulation layout, and pad-ready lot preparation.
The project demonstrates our ability to deliver a highly functional, engineered site. Our work included overall site sequencing to ensure constructability, long-term performance, and integration with vertical construction.
